Shipping and Handling.

We will ship your order as soon as we receive it, if an item is not in stock we will advise via email with the ETD.

Same Day Shipping.

To all States (including Hawaii) in the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean via UPS Ground or USPS. We offer: UPS Second Day, UPS Overnite, 3 day select, at your cost if requested. Shipping Charges quoted relate to deliveries within the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

International deliveries will be subject to additional shipping charges based on the destination country and the order dimensions and weight when packed.

Sales Tax.

Sales tax is not applicable for any orders shipped to a delivery address outside of California. However sales tax is applicable all orders delivered to an address in California.

Returns

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. Please do not return items without a return authorization number which can be obtained by email to our administration department.
